These policies help Karam Pilates provide a safe, consistent, and personalized experience for every client.
Registration and Payment
All private, duet, and small group sessions require advance registration and payment. Private and duet sessions are available by appointment only.
Session Times
All sessions are 50 minutes and begin and end on time. Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to a small group class may not be admitted and will still be charged for the session.
Cancellation Policy
Karam Pilates has an 18 hour cancellation policy.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with at least 18 hours’ notice may be moved without penalty, subject to availability. Late cancellations and missed sessions will be charged in full or deducted from the client’s package or membership.
Packages and Memberships
All sessions, packages, introductory offers, and memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Packages and introductory offers must be used before the expiration date provided at purchase.
Memberships begin with a three month commitment and automatically renew for an additional three month term. Requests to end a membership must be submitted in writing before the next renewal date.
Early termination may be considered for relocation or a medical condition that prevents continued participation.
Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for informing the studio of any injuries, pain, pregnancy, recent procedures, or health changes that may affect participation.
Small group classes are intended for clients who can move independently on and off the apparatus and participate safely in a group setting. Private sessions may be recommended when more individualized support is needed.
Please do not attend the studio when experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.
Studio Etiquette
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing and avoid exposed zippers, buttons, or hardware that may damage the apparatus.
Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the exercise area. Please silence mobile phones and avoid heavy perfumes or strongly scented products.
Only registered clients may use the apparatus. Children, guests, and pets may not remain in the studio unless approved in advance.
Studio Cancellations
If Karam Pilates cancels a session due to weather, illness, or an unexpected studio closure, the session will be returned to the client’s account or rescheduled without penalty.
